Het verhaalThe story

Tijdens Pride Amersfoort mochten wij in opdracht van de organisatie een compleet buitenpodium realiseren op de Hof. Een plek waar vrijheid werd gevierd, maar waar ook ruimte was voor het statement dat acceptatie nog niet overal vanzelfsprekend is. Als Laurijn Productions staan wij achter deze boodschap en dragen we daar graag technisch én zichtbaar aan bij.

We bouwden een strak buitenpodium waarbij licht en special effects naadloos in het ontwerp werden verwerkt. Alles werd netjes weggewerkt zodat het podium er overdag representatief uitzag en ’s avonds transformeerde tot een energieke showsetting. In samenwerking met VDL Sound kozen we voor een Advanced Acoustics PA-systeem, waarmee we een krachtige en heldere sound neerzetten en tegelijkertijd een mooie demo van het systeem konden verzorgen.

Om het feest extra impact te geven, pakten we groots uit met special effects. In totaal werd er 30 kilo confetti de lucht in geschoten en zorgden vier upsmokers en vier Sparkulars voor indrukwekkende showmomenten. Dit alles vroeg om een strakke planning, want met één bouwdag, één showdag en de eis dat het volledige plein binnen drie uur leeg moest zijn vanwege de markt de volgende ochtend, was de logistiek een uitdaging. Dankzij een goed voorbereid team en efficiënte samenwerking verliep alles soepel en werd Pride Amersfoort een krachtig, veilig en onvergetelijk evenement.

During Pride Amersfoort, we were commissioned to realise a complete outdoor stage at the Hof. A place where freedom was celebrated, while also highlighting that acceptance is still not a given everywhere. As Laurijn Productions, we stand behind this message and were proud to contribute both technically and visibly.

We built a solid outdoor stage where lighting and special effects were seamlessly integrated into the design. Everything was neatly concealed, ensuring a clean and professional look during the day, transforming into an energetic show setting in the evening. In collaboration with VDL Sound, we chose an Advanced Acoustics PA system, delivering powerful and clear sound while also providing an impressive demo of the system.

To maximise the impact of the celebration, we went big on special effects. A total of 30 kilos of confetti filled the air, while four upsmokers and four Sparkulars created striking show moments. The logistics were a challenge, with one build day, one show day and the requirement to clear the entire square within three hours due to the market the next morning. Thanks to thorough preparation and strong teamwork, everything ran smoothly, resulting in a powerful, safe and unforgettable Pride event.
